Take William Shakespeare’s “Macbeth” and set it inside a Rubber Factory around the end of the Great War (WWI), and ending around the Great Depression, dramatizing the corrosive psychological and political effects produced when evil is chosen as a way to fulfill the ambition for power. As the play progresses, you’ll see the transformation of the Macbeths from workers to leaders to warriors.
